Physical DescriptionColorless, translucent deep blue, opaque yellow, opaque orange glasses; gather of colorless glass probably partially inflated, covered with blobs of blue, marvered, inflated further, applied, and apparently cased with colorless glass; trail of colorless wound around rim; underside ground and polished. Biconical shape; rim rounded; wall descends in slightly concave curve to greatest diameter, which is below mid-point, then tapers inward to bottom; decoration consists of overall random scatter of small blue patches, many overlapping, almost giving impression that vessel is blue; overlying blue patches, four flowers or groups of flowers on lower half of wall: (clockwise) (1) flower with eight triangular yellow petals, each with two orange veins, and five orange stamens; (2) two small flowers, one with seven orange petals and three yellow stamens, the other with six orange and yellow petals and yellow center; (3) as 1; (4) as 2; base plain, slightly concave.
