Physical DescriptionOpaque medium green glass with a blue tinge, slightly bubbly with some pitting, dull surface; mold-pressed, lathe-cut and polished. Fragment preserves section of rim and part of body, almost horizontal rim, carefully beveled on outer edge, slightly concave upper surface bends down and in to form broad collar above a deep bowl as far as preserved; exterior is highlighted at the transition from collar to body by a lathe-cut groove which highlights the upper part of a wide relief-cut band, concave in profile which extends across the carination and is highlighted at the bottom by deep relief-cutting so that the lower edge stands out from the surface.
