Physical DescriptionColorless non-lead glass; blown and engraved. Baluster shape, with trefoil rim and pouring spout; band of engraved ovals at the rim; band of engraved dots, two rings and long pointed pendants on cross-hatched lines at the neck; engraved scene of two horses, with one man putting on a toga, another adjusting the leg-wrappings on his sandals (?), resting the foot on a tree stump, while a third man holds one hand over a horse's head; anthemion pattern on the reverse; a series of engraved borders below, including meander pattern, dots, and repeated triangles; applied loop handle with engraved dots along the sides; domed foot with engraved ring of dots along the side; polished foot rim.
