仿白玉玻璃锦葵纹鼻烟壶
Physical DescriptionSnuff Bottle with Stopper Spoon. Opalescent white glass in imitation of jade; blown, carved. (a) Flattened, ovoid form, with short neck, polished flat rim and large hole for a stopper and spoon; the sides rounded, the faces flattened, with relief-carved stylized five-petaled mallow flowers on each face, the centers cross-hatched, the petals swirling; carved, recessed oval base, with incised Chinese characters "Gu yue xuan 古月轩". (b) Cylindrical amethyst finial; tapered cork shank, with long ivory spoon, with thin handle, and oval spatulate bowl.
