Physical DescriptionColorless lead glass, shellac; hot-formed, cut, polished. Solid ovoid shape covered with shellac; deeply cut band across one end delineates "head" which has also been cut along base edge to taper it and form a lobe and "snout"; at center of cut band a large cut "punty" connects it with a narrower groove cut running the length of upper body at right angle to first band; body has random cut "punties" of varying diameter (two large ones overlap on upper back; base edge has been beveled; base is ground flat; unsigned.
