Physical DescriptionDecanter and Stopper. Colorless lead glass; blown, cut, engraved. (a) Inverted pear-shaped body with straight, panel-cut neck, rim cut and polished, "2" inside neck, band of engraved flowers and foliage around shoulder, cut fans and hobstars below engraving with cut panels below, applied circular foot with cut sunburst on lower surface, Sinclaire trademark "S" in a wreath acid-stamped on foot. (b) Hollow pointed blown stopper is engraved with floral decoration like decanter and has cut panels on stem; Sinclaire trademark acid-stamped on end and "2" scratched next to it.Provenance
