Physical DescriptionSilver, wood, black paint, black felt, white metal; cast, carved, assembled; a) circular wooden base bottom, painted black; top carved out, leaving flat rim around circumference; turning wooden disk in carved out area that is raised slightly higher than rim, wheel painted black with the top covered in black felt, wheel on top of metal chain or bearings; b) flat circular silver base top; three standing eagles screwed into top, eagles have open wings, fanned tails, and heads turned to their proper right; three sets of two screws visible on bottom, "I" inscribed next to first set, "II" inscribed next to second, "III" inscribed next to third.
