Physical DescriptionColorless glass with pale yellowish-green fracture; blown, wheel-cut and engraved. Fragment, almost flat, from base of dish or bowl; decorated on the outside with a naked male, of which the torso, thighs and part of the right arm survive. The figure is composed of a series of deep wheel cuts, in which details have been engraved; to the right of the figure, when viewed through the glass, the name "OPE/CT/HC", Orestes, engraved in Greek capitals; to the right of the inscription, the edge of an unidentified motif with a straight vertical margin.
