Physical DescriptionStatue Fragment. Turquoise glass with bluish tinge, dull surface with some incrustation; cast and possibly retouched by wheel-cutting. Fragment preserves right leg and four fingers of the right hand of a seated figure, the bend of the knee suggested by an engraved angle on the side of the fragment, on the right thigh a triangular section of the drapery or skin is preserved with a scale or feather-like pattern engraved on the surface, the fingers and knuckles of the hand are also engraved.Provenance
