Rim collar-like, made by folding down and up; neck tall and cylindrical, with very slight constriction at bottom; base narrow, slightly concave; no pontil mark. Decorated on neck and wall with continuous wheel-cut grooves. On neck: three horizontal grooves (W. 0.2 cm), including one at constriction. On upper shoulder: one horizontal groove (W. 0.1 cm). Between groove on upper shoulder and lower wall: five groups of grooves, each group consisting of one relatively deep groove (W. 0.4 cm) flanked on either side by one narrower groove (W. 0.1 cm); one group of grooves is horizontal and runs around wall at its greatest diameter; other four groups are equidistant and describe great circles around body, with highest points on shoulder and lowest points near base; together, these five groups describe sixteen triangles arranged in four rows, two above and two below greatest diameter; top and bottom rows each contain four relatively large, curvilinear triangles; other rows contain four smaller, more or less straight-sided triangles.
