Physical DescriptionWall Panel, "After the Flood before the Storm". Translucent opaline (white) glass, blue and white paint, silvering, paper, resin, birch wood, aluminum cleats; kiln-formed, engraved, painted and silvered glass and paper, assembled. Wall installation consisting of twelve square translucent opaline glass panels arranged in three rows of four columns. When combined, panels depict a horse resting on bent legs amid a cache of pearl necklaces strewn about the ground interspersed with tall vegetal stalks. Scene is set in front of a river separating foreground from cityscape in background.Provenance
