Physical DescriptionBottle. Transparent light green. Blown (two gathers) in dip mold. Bottle: roughly conical. Rim plain, with thickened lip, rather irregular; neck cylindrical and tapering, with two small bulges near mouth and one larger bulge at bottom; shoulder flat, with rounded edge; wall curves out and down, then straightens before curving in at bottom; base plain, with kick; pontil mark circular (D. 1.1 cm). Body and edge of shoulder covered with second gather, after which parison was decorated in dip mold. Decoration in low relief covers wall and base: overall pattern consisting of two continuous rows, each containing five contiguous spirals, with those in lower row below junctions of spirals in upper row. In upper row, spirals are counterclockwise and curl upward; in lower row, they are also counterclockwise, but they curl downward.
