Physical DescriptionColorless lead glass; pressed, cut; enameled, molded, encased sulphide. Straight-sided, cylindrical shape; plain rim; panel-molded sides, with raised ovals on each panel; an oval, cut, convex panel on the side, enclosing an oval white ceramic (sulphide) plaque with impressed leaf, scroll and flower border framing an enameled depiction of a female, wearing gray robes, a brown headpiece and white veil, light lavender background; band of horizontal ribbing in panels, below; hexagonal foot, concave underneath, with polished, flat rim.Provenance
