Interpretive Notes
This carafe was cut by Henry Wilde, a Mt. Washington cutter. One of his descendants donated the piece to the New Bedford Glass Society.
Physical DescriptionColorless lead glass; blown and cut. Spherical body with long neck and smooth top rim; neck cut with horizontal rings, strawberry-diamond and fan pattern on sides, cut multi-pointed star on base.
