Physical DescriptionBeaker with Wooden Case. Colorless non-lead glass of grayish cast; free-blown, diamond-point engraved. Slender glass with straight sharply spreading sides, rough pontil mark; silver base; set-in domed cover with drawn stemmed cushion knop, supporting applied final composed of stemmed ball on double-button; small pontil mark inside; cover and glass covered with diamond-point engraving; silver base with chased crested molding clasping base of glass, wider gadroon molding with leaf-like motif at end of ribs and narrow plain rim. Turned wooden case.Provenance
