Physical DescriptionS.IACOBVS, MINNOR Apostle Beaker. Colorless lead glass; blown, cut, engraved, gilded. Cylindrical shape with slightly everted rim, cut and gilt rim; band of oval facets at the base; cut bottom with cut six-pointed star; engraved decoration: oval panel on the side of each glass, framed with elaborate scroll-work, each containing a Saint, and inscribed in gilding above: haloed Saint, holding a staff, topped by a small cross, in his right hand, while he gestures toward a ship with his left, inscribed "S.IACOBVS,,MINNOR,".
