Physical DescriptionColorless, transparent green, translucent deep blue, and opaque white, and gold leaf; blown, applied, gilded, applied and tooled, acid-etched, and ground. Vase: tulip-shaped body and conical foot. Body is colorless, with blue and green inclusions, and speckled gilt surface; foot is green marbled with blue and white. Rim splays outward, with lip covered with overlay that is manipulated into bulbous protrusions and dragged down over upper part of body. Base has short stem and solid conical foot, glass is dragged up from it over lower part of body, joining glass dragged down from rim in four places; underside of base ground flat, with concavity at center. Surface made matte by acid-etching. Two small paper labels under base: "4079" and "2".
