Physical DescriptionFragment of a Floral Plaque. Translucent greyish medium blue matrix with assorted canes of opaque red, opaque yellow, opaque white, translucent green, translucent yellow-green and translucent pale amethyst glass; mosaic glass or millefiori technique. No preserved edges, backing of amethyst with white and red streaks, small roughly rectangular section of a floral plaque with two poppy-like flowers of red with yellow stems and four oval leaves on each stem, each leaf is split by a yellow cane and is blue-green on top, green on base, portion of a yellow cluster on left side.
