Physical DescriptionFlute. Transparent light green glass; blown, wheel-cut; cylindrical. Rim slightly everted, with rounded lip; wall straight, tapering very slightly and curving in at bottom; short hollow stem and hollow concical foot with tubular edge made by folding; center of base pushed up through stem, forming bulb in floor; pontil mark. Upper half of wall has seven continuous horizontal bands of faint wheel-cut decoration (from top to bottom): (1) narrow band of horizontal lines; (2) similar band of horizontal lines; (3) six widely-spaced hollow facets, which are oval and taller than they are wide; (4) another band of horizontal lines; (5) 5) about 26 short vertical stripes; (6) a fouth band of horizontal lines; and (7) six widely spaced hollow facets, which are taller than they are wide.
