Physical DescriptionDeep blue translucent glass, with white opaque trails; blown, applied, gathered slightly, marvered, trailed, inflated further, pinched or blown in mold, inflated to desired size and shape. Globular bowl. Rim vertical, with plain, cracked-off lip; shoulder slopes; wall curves down and in. Narrow horizontal trail or trails wound many times around shoulder and wall; surviving part of wall has three vertical ribs; between ribs, wall is recessed vis-a-vis shoulder, so that shoulder and ribs somewhat resemble an arcade (see REMARKS). Wall is very thin (about 0.1 cm); rim and shoulder are slightly thicker. Trails are visible on shoulder and ribs, but are very faint on wall between ribs.
