Physical DescriptionPurple translucent glass, with white opaque trails; blown, applied, gathered slightly, marvered, trailed, inflated further, pinched or blown in mold, inflated to desired size and shape. Globular bowl. Rim everted, with plain, cracked-off lip; shoulder slopes; wall curves down and in. Narrow horizontal trail or trails wound many times around shoulder and wall; surviving part of wall has two vertical ribs; between ribs, wall is slightly recessed vis-a-vis shoulder, so that shoulder and ribs somewhat resemble an arcade (see REMARKS). Rim and wall are very thin (about 0.1 cm); shoulder is slightly thicker. Trails are visible on shoulder and ribs, but are very faint on wall between ribs.
