Physical DescriptionColorless, pink, white, blue, yellow, orange, green non-lead glasses; blown, pattern-molded, pincered, assembled; mirror plate, engraved. (a) Flat shape; mirror plates of elaborate form with elaborate scrollwork framing and applied flowers and foliage; on a wood back; the top section framed with opposing scrolls formed of three rounded, parallel ribs, with trailed, pincered fins along the outside edges; five overlapping green leaves attached at the top, with a pincered blue and white flower at the center; blue and white flowers attached at the midpoints of the scrolls; sets of three pincered green leaves and pink and white flowers at the lower ends of the scrolls; the flowers and scrolls attached with metal pins capped with ribbed colorless buttons; the scrolled frames enclosing two curved mirror panels, the panels engraved with foliate scrolls; the inner edges of the panels framed with two sets of curved, spirally ribbed rods, each set consisting of two loosely-spiraled rods flanking a tightly-spiraled rod; an orange and yellow flower covering the top junction, with ribbed glass-capped pin; a pincered colorless "leaf" with flat, ribbed center and pincered edges, above the flower; the central mirror plate with peaked top, tapered straight sides and rounded bottom; engraved figure of a standing woman wearing a long, full dress, in the center, with diaper and scroll patterns above and below; the sides framed with straight sets of three spiral rods, as above the plate and long, rectangular mirror panels with engraved foliate bands, flanked by additional sets of three spiral rods; similar sets of spiral rods, curved, frame the lower rounded edge of the central mirror plate; blue and white pincered flowers with glass-capped metal pins attached at the lower terminals of the straight framing, each with a large, colorless pincered leaf; For complete description see Notepad: Current Full Description 1987-03-03
