Physical DescriptionOpaque green glass matrix with strips of translucent amethyst backing, canes of opaque light green, amethyst, opaque yellow, opaque white and opaque red, surface pitting and some traces of weathering, recently polished; mosaic glass technique. Long rectangular strip with repetitive floral motif; yellow three-petaled unit each outlined with amethyst with two stylized anthers terminating in red dots surrounded by light green, all elements spring from a stylized rectangular sepal formed of alternating amethyst and white strips.Provenance
