Physical DescriptionTranslucent white lead glass; blown, enameled, and etched (?). Tall, ovoid shape, with flared rim, waisted stem and wide, flaring foot; orange and black enameled lines at the rim, shoulder, stem, and foot; palmette band around the middle of the neck; polychrome enameled male figure, wearing a toga, with ivy leaf wreath in his hair, playing two pipes, standing on a speckled green ground; orange and black zig-zag band with ivy wreath on the foot; polished pontil mark grey inscription of a diamond registry mark, inscribed "III" in the top oval, "F" below, "6" at the right, "2" at the bottom, "I" at the left, with "RICHARDSON'S / VITRIFIED." in a ribband above; black enameled "3" at the right of the diamond, and "P / 16" in purple enamel at the top.
